1. How to Submit Your Manuscript

Follow these simple steps to submit your manuscript:

Create an account or log in to our online submission system.
Prepare your manuscript according to our formatting guidelines (see next section).
Upload your manuscript files including figures and supplementary data.
Fill in all required metadata: title, authors, abstract, keywords, and affiliations.
Suggest reviewers if applicable.
Submit and receive a confirmation email with your manuscript ID.

2. Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Format: Manuscripts should be in English, preferably in Word or PDF format.
Length: Original research articles should not exceed 6000 words; reviews up to 8000 words.
Structure: Include Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
Figures & Tables: Submit high-resolution images separately. Number all tables and figures.
References: Follow Vancouver style with proper citation numbering.
Ethics: Include ethics approval statements where applicable.

3. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process:

Initial editorial check for scope and format.
Assignment to expert reviewers.
Reviewers evaluate for originality, methodology, significance, and clarity.
Authors receive feedback and may need to revise and resubmit.
Final editorial decision is communicated within 6-8 weeks.

4. Ethical Considerations

Authors must disclose conflicts of interest.
Plagiarism and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
All research involving humans or animals must have ethics committee approval.
Data integrity and transparency are mandatory.
